I went to the COPE centre last week, it’s a rehab facility for amputees from land mines.  I watched an really sad story about a little boy who followed some adults looking for scrap metal for money and picked up a land mine.  He didn’t die straight away. His parents hired a truck and took him to two hospitals but they didn’t have any oxygen or blood so they took him home to die.  I felt incredibly sad after watching this story.  Makes you feel very thankful for what we have.
