This place is pretty touristy, still it’s the highest navigable lake in the world – a Dutch guy told me that. Apparently pronounced titihaha because kaka is shit (or pooh) in Spanish 😊
I went to a homestay at one of the islands – the weather was freezing – it hailed!! But the family were nice.
When I went to the Bolivian side of the lake I joined some crazy procession through town. They were letting off fireworks and everything!! I’m not sure why….
