I’ve just spent three days in the desert and salt flats of Bolivia. This place is pretty amazing, beautiful scenery and more flamingos than the Galapagos. Some of the places I saw looked how I imagine Mars to be on the surface. Apparently NASA have been researching one of the lakes here, it’s about 80% arsenic, similar to a lake they found on Mars so maybe I’m right!
